DELIVERY CHARGES
- Standard Shipping (United States): $9.99 plus $3 per additional kit.
- Standard Shipping (International): $11.99 plus $3 per additional kit.
- Shipping Insurance (+$5): ELVARA WORLD's Delivery Guarantee covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages — plus priority customer support.
- Note: We do not charge any additional taxes. Import duties, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–3 business days. Once packed, your kit ships out the next business day.
Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit):
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe: 10–14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–18 business days
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: 7–14 business days from dispatch (varies by destination).

Before you finalize your order, take a quick moment to review your shipping information. Typos or missing apartment numbers can delay delivery — we may need to contact you for clarification before we ship.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. It can take carriers 3–5 business days to scan the package into their system, so do not worry if updates do not appear right away. In the rare event a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. ELVARA cannot change addresses after an order has been processed.
If you spot an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at cs@elvaraworld.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once a kit leaves our warehouse, ELVARA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple kits, your order may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
