Cancellation & Modification

We get it, things change. If you need to make adjustments to your order — change the design, update your shipping address, modify the quantity, or cancel altogether — let us know as soon as possible. Changes are only guaranteed within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your kit goes into packing or ships out from our Vietnam workshop, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.

WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE WITHIN 12 HOURS

WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE WITHIN 12 HOURS
  • Shipping address (typos, missing apartment numbers, wrong city)
  • Kit design or size variant
  • Quantity (add or remove kits)
  • Cancel the order entirely for a full refund

AFTER 12 HOURS

We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered our packing queue. If your order has already shipped, we cannot recall it — you will need to wait for delivery and then contact us if there is an issue.

Early notification gives us the best chance to help you. Please do not hesitate to reach out the moment you spot an issue.
